1. Who We Are
Mojabi Labs, Inc., a Delaware C-corporation, d/b/a Wellness Clinic Fresno ("Wellness Clinic", "we", or "us") operates u-wellness, including its mobile IV therapy service. Our services include AI-assisted health intake, personalized protocol recommendations, appointment scheduling, outbound transactional SMS notifications, and post-treatment follow-ups.
2. Information We Collect
When you interact with our service, we collect:
Contact information: Phone number (required), name, home address
Health profile: Age, gender, height, weight, medical conditions, medications, allergies, lifestyle data (diet, caffeine intake, sleep quality, activity level, stress level)
Intake and conversation history: Online intake responses, chat or portal messages, protocol-drafting records, and outbound SMS delivery history
Lab results: Blood test files you voluntarily upload (PDFs, images), and biomarker values extracted from them
Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
Appointment data: Dates, times, locations, and treatment protocols

To facilitate physician review and approval of your protocol
To schedule and manage your appointments
To send you SMS notifications about your protocol status, appointment confirmations, and post-treatment check-ins
To improve our service and protocol recommendations
4. SMS Messaging
By providing your phone number through our website, patient portal, or booking flow, you consent to receive outbound SMS messages from Wellness Clinic related to your IV therapy service, including:
Payment links
Protocol approval notifications
Appointment booking links, confirmations, and reminders
Post-treatment check-in surveys
We do not operate an inbound SMS intake channel, and clinical intake is not collected by text message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance where supported.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:
Our medical team: Reviews and approves your IV protocol
Our nursing staff: Receives your approved protocol and appointment details to administer treatment
Service providers: SignalWire (outbound SMS delivery), Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI conversation and protocol generation), Google Cloud (hosting and managed Postgres) — all bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements
Analytics and advertising partners: Google Analytics receives page-view and click measurements from our marketing website and from our onboarding and payment-confirmation pages (with personal details removed from web addresses before anything is sent). Meta receives standard browser identifiers and page activity from our marketing website only. See Section 6. Neither receives your onboarding answers, health profile, or care records
6. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Our websites use cookies and similar technologies:
Google Analytics: to understand how visitors find and use our marketing website (u-wellness.ai) and the onboarding and payment-confirmation pages of our app (page views, clicks, campaign attribution). We configure the app pages so personal details in web addresses (such as referral codes) are removed before anything is sent to Google.
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel: on our marketing website only, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. The pixel shares standard browser identifiers and the marketing pages you visit with Meta.
We do not use advertising pixels inside the u-wellness app. Your onboarding answers, health profile, and care records are never shared with advertising platforms. As on any website, advertising platforms may infer general interests from which public marketing pages you visit (for example, a page describing a service we offer).
You can decline non-essential cookies using the notice on our marketing site, through your browser's cookie settings, or directly with the providers (Google Ads Settings, Meta Ad Preferences). California residents may additionally exercise the rights described in Section 10, including opting out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. SMS / Text Messaging and Mobile Information
By providing your phone number and using our service, you consent to receive outbound text messages from Wellness Clinic Fresno related to your IV therapy appointments, protocol updates, payment confirmations, and post-treatment follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance where supported.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), access-controlled databases, and role-based staff access to patient records. We implement safeguards aligned with HIPAA administrative, technical, and physical standards to protect your health information.
9. Data Retention
We retain your health profile, conversation history, protocol data, and uploaded lab results for the duration of your relationship with us plus 7 years (consistent with medical record retention standards).
10. Your Rights
You may:
Request access to all personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request correction or restriction of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
Opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP
Request review of uploaded lab results in your record
Opt out of advertising cookies and the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — decline via the cookie notice on our marketing site (see Section 6), or email us

11. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for individuals under 18. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must interact with our service on your behalf.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website or through another appropriate transactional notice.
